P.G.C. Geffroy
Phillipe Georges Clency Geffroy, fondly known as "Geff" is the
Chairman, and Managing director of the company
He took over Success Brokers in 1975, and guided it to become
one of the top brokerage companies in Johannesburg. He formed the
Success Financial Services Group which has the following associated
/ subsidiary companies:
- Success Brokers (Pty) Ltd.
- Success Khumo Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd.
- Success Healthcare Consultants (Pty) Ltd.
- Success Employee Benefits (Pty) Ltd.
Geff has top degrees from South Africa, Australia and New
Zealand and brings his wealth of experience, knowledge and personal
relationships to the company. He is also an Associate of the South
African Insurance Institute.
He has a very pertinent and relevant business philosophy. He
feels that in any service organisation, care as well as knowledge,
is of primary importance. He quotes the adage that, "The client
whether big or small, does not care how much we know, until he
knows how much we care. Our caring attitude is the forte of our
business."
SIMON GEFFROY
Appointed as CEO of the Success Group, Simon has accepted this
post with alacrity and enthusiasm. His tenacity combined with an
open door policy has encouraged the staff to greater enthusiasm and
higher goals. Simon is a hard worker, and leads by example, not
words.
He is a visionary, and his goal is to promote greater
communication between Success and their clients. Eventually, many
transactions will be communicated via SMS's and E mails.
Simon is a qualified CPF and is accredited to sell Domestic,
Commercial, Medical Aid and Life Insurance Products.
Simon's philosophy is down to earth. "Reputations," he says,
"are built on achievements, and not promises." He firmly believes
that the personal touch is the lifeblood of any company.
